Decode your child's art

Drawing analysis

Children express themselves through various mediums, including movement, music, painting, and drawing. Among these, painting serves as a powerful outlet for showcasing imagination and inner thoughts. The artwork created by children acts as a "window" into their minds, reflecting their thoughts and emotions. By analyzing these drawings and paintings, valuable insights can be gained regarding their social, emotional, and intellectual development.

When children engage in drawing or painting, they make distinct choices regarding materials, colors, patterns, size, and positioning, all of which are unique to each child and provide specific information about the young artists. Our certified experts are able to help you better understand and navigate your child's emotions by decoding their art and providing you with a comprehensive report.

The Process

Step 1

Book & receive E-Pack

E-pack contains:

1. Drawing instructions

To be able to give you an accurate interpretation of the drawings and paintings of children, you will receive specific drawing instructions to gently encourage your children to draw a certain theme specified by us.

2. Child follow-up questions

If your child is in the age group 3-11 years old you will receive a set of questions to ask your child about their drawing and return the answers to us.

If your child is 12-18 years old, our experienced play therapist will need to have a short 1:1 call with the child to discuss the painting as their answers tend to be very much influenced by the presence of parents / guardians.

Step 2

Return materials

You will be sending us clear photos of the drawings and a filled in answer form if your child is aged 3-11, or enable your child to have a 10 minute call to be asked the questions by our experienced pay therapist if your child is 12 and over.

Step 3

Receive your E-Report

A report will be produced and send to you, generally one page long but it can vary depending on the complexity of drawings and answers.

Optionally if you have any questions you can purchase a 1:1 private consultation.
